Mark 4:26-27
"The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, 27 and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how." - Jesus

When was the last time you stopped to think how little you know compared to what God knows? The bible tells us that, God works all things together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28). Do you believe that? Do you trust that he is working even when it seems like he is not?
These words from our Savior remind us that even as we sleep, God waters those seeds that have been sown in our hearts, causing them to sprout and grow even through we do not know how. What a joy it is discovering that there was sowing and growing while we thought there was nothing going on. It builds our faith! Our responsibility is that we find ourselves in a place where God is able to sow good things. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. (Galatians 6:8). The Lord takes care of the rest!

Lord Jesus, help us to trust you when we feel like you aren't't working. When we feel like we are at a stand still. Help us to receive your words without needing to know how you do it. We need you Lord more than ever. In Your name I pray...Amen.
